“Happiness is a certain activity of the soul in accord with complete virtue.” -Aristotle from Nicomachean Ethics
Classical Virtues
An authentic classical education is founded on intentional and inspiring principles. It aims to cultivate both wisdom and virtue within students so that they may be disciplined stewards of their every skill and opportunity. We at Tyndale happily strive to promote, teach, instill, and model each of the following virtues:

JUSTICE
Giving to each person what he or she deserves with the goal of peace and fairness.
PRUDENCE
The ability to use reason to discipline and govern oneself.
FORTITUDE
Displaying persistence and courage in the face of adversity.
TEMPERANCE
Using self-restraint to practice moderation in thoughts, feelings, and actions.
FAITH
A firm belief in something good without having to see it with your eyes.
HOPE
A certain knowledge that a good thing will happen.
CHARITY
Demonstrating pure love and a willingness to sacrifice for others.
